Whether you are looking to start a vegan diet, recommit to one, or just curious about how eating this way for 40 days can make you feel, I am happy you are here. I believe a simple vegan diet is a win-win-win. It’s better for animals, the environment and when done with intention and support, can be great for you too.

This program will give you the support you need to create a whole foods vegan diet for yourself that is healthy, nourishing and sustainable for the long term. This is a personalized program and I will be with you every step of the way as we customize a nutritional meal plan that works for your tastes and schedule. You will learn how to prepare delicious recipes that will become staples in your diet and help you build your kitchen confidence. New recipes will invite you to face challenges with a spirit of adventure, and by the end of the program, you’ll view vegan cooking and eating like coming home to yourself. 

In this 40 Day program, you will have the opportunity to reset, recharge, and transform your relationship to food, eating and yourself.  Take this opportunity to try new things.  For some of you, that will mean switching to a vegan diet, and learning how to cook in a whole new way.  For others, it will mean recommitting to this way of eating by deepening your connection between food and spirituality.  Maybe you just want to feel re-inspired in the kitchen, and are looking to have more fun when it comes to cooking and eating.  Your why is important, and your program will be individually crafted with your intentions, circumstances and previous experience in mind.

  • Learn to plan your meals around unprocessed plant proteins, healthy fats and vegetables for blood sugar balance and optimal energy.

Here’s How It Works

Because this is a personalized program, you can start the program when it works best with your schedule – all done online from the comfort of your home and kitchen.

  • Week One– We will meet for a foundation session where you’ll set your intentions for the program, and we’ll discuss your nutritional needs and goals. (60 min)
  • Week Two – We’ll do a healthy kitchen makeover to assess your pantry and kitchen equipment and develop a meal plan and shopping list. (60 min)
  • Week ThreeYour Personal Cooking Session – now that your kitchen is ready to go, we’ll prepare a recipes together for your week, building your kitchen confidence! (90 min)
  • Week FourMotivation Mastery Session– we’ll address any barriers that might keep you from sustaining this way of eating, setting you up for lasting success. (60 min)
  • Week FiveProgram Wrap Up session focused on a sweet ending. (60 min)

The investment for this 40 day program is $797 $597 (Spring Sale! Save $200 when you sign up before May 1, 2024). This is an individualized coaching program plus it comes with a year’s access to my healthy meal planning online recipe database, worth $97.
