The food was *shockingly* delicious…

Last week, I taught my Natural Foods Cooking Intensive. There are many aspects of the class (knife skills, cooking techniques, learning about natural food and whole food nutrition), but the underlying goal of the class is to simply learn to make healthy food taste delicious.

It sounds so simple, but when healthy food is delicious and exciting, it is a whole lot easier to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle. And staying committed to a healthy lifestyle means you can avoid the ups and downs and feel good in your body on a more regular basis.

But the best part is that when healthy food is delicious and exciting, you don’t feel deprived and you can bring more JOY into your relationship with food.

Speaking of JOY, my favorite part of the class was the desserts:

A poached peach with cashew créme and an apricot reduction. Healthy, elegant and delicious!

The students loved learning how to make healthy food more exciting:

I learned how to be more intuitive and confident in my cooking and food choices…and the food was delicious!  ~Tobé

I loved learning easy ways to make healthy food better, tastier and more delicious. I feel inspired to eat healthier and can’t wait to replicate these recipes at home. ~Cathy

The food in this class is *shockingly* delicious. And I have never felt more satisfied. After our meals, I didn’t even think about food throughout the day and then, when making my regular dinner, I took some foods *out* just before cooking because I still felt deeply satisfied. ~Kala

If you’d like to get inspired to eat healthier and have more joy in your relationship with food and cooking, consider attending my next training coming up in the fall.

We’re heading to the California Sierras for the 4th of July and for some rest and relaxation (preferably in that order!).

Have a GREAT holiday!
