Covid has taken so much from us, but it has also given us an opportunity to go deeper inside our relationship with ourselves. 

I created the YUM CHORUS to support you in building a nourishing and peaceful relationship with your body, starting in your own kitchen.

  • Live, monthly cooking circles where we’ll support each other cooking in community from the comfort of your own kitchen.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions while you cook.
  • Cooking circles will be recorded so you can replay them at your convenience.
  • Member’s get to vote for the recipes we cook in the monthly circle.
  • As we cook, I will also be leading you in song but no vocal experience is required! You’ll be muted so you can sing as loud or as soft as you’d like (trust me, it will make you feel so good!).

  • Use minimally processed ingredients and are whole food, plant based
